Bells On Time – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bells On Time mobile application, associated web services, and related hardware devices operated by RCL Technologies.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Bells On Time operates in conjunction with compatible physical clock hardware devices. The application enables configuration and management of those devices. Subscription access enables use of services linked to physical hardware and does not constitute the sale of digital content.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

Certain features require an active subscription linked to a physical device. Subscription plans, durations and pricing may change from time to time. Current pricing is displayed within the application at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party providers such as Ozow. RCL Technologies does not store full payment card details.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of the payment provider used at the time of purchase.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Bells On Time software and hardware remain the property of RCL Technologies.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service is provided “as is”. RCL Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
